Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken (may use approximately 2 lb. hamburger)
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (7 oz.) bag Doritos (may use nacho cheese)
garlic and onions, chopped fine (garlic optional)
1 can corn (whole kernel), drained
Preparation

Boil chicken until done.
Debone and cut in bite size pieces. (If using hamburger, cook and drain off grease.)
Cover bottom of baking dish with chicken.
Add garlic and onion.
In another bowl, add the tomatoes and chiles, soup and diced Velveeta cheese.
Stir well.
Pour over chicken.
Add corn.
Crush Doritos and pour over top of mixture.
Bake until cheese melts, approximately 20 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
