Cream Of Veggie Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped cauliflower
1 c. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1 c. shredded cheese
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 can evaporated milk
3 cans chicken broth or 2 cans broth and 1 c. bouillon
Preparation

Boil cauliflower and broccoli in chicken broth until tender. Add onions and carrots and continue to cook until veggies are tender.
Make a paste of flour and butter; add the milk and cheese.
Add this mixture to the veggies.
Add more broth if the soup is too thick.
Continue to cook until it is the consistency desired.
