Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked squash, drained and mashed
    1 small onion, sauteed in bacon fat
    1 large egg, beaten
    14 crackers, crushed
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham
Preparation
    Mix and pour into 8 x 8-inch casserole well greased with bacon fat.
