Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. raisins
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients in saucepan.
Simmer 15 to 20 minutes on low until raisins are plump.
Use as side dish to pour over ham. Double or triple recipe depending on amount of servings.
