Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon, diced
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 can tomatoes (8 oz.)
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon and drain.
    Pour off all but 2 tablespoons drippings.
    Add onion and green pepper to drippings in skillet. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Stir in bacon and remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered, over low heat about 15 minutes.
