Melissa'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices bread, cut in small cubes
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. sausage, cooked, drained and cooled
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    dash of dry mustard or 2 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Scrub large potatoes and cut in halves.
    Season cut side with salt and pepper.
    Place pat of oleo on cut half.
    Place seasoned and buttered potatoes, cut side down, on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until crusty on cut side.
    Serve plain or with sour cream.
