Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 to 18 hard boiled eggs
    3 cups white vinegar
    1 cup water
    1 tsp. salt
    pickling spices, if desired
Preparation
    Carefully shell eggs.
    Bring vinegar and water to a boil. Add spices if desired.
    Place eggs in hot sterilized jars and cover with boiling liquid.
    Seal immediately.
    Yield about 2 quarts.
