Coconut Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    2 pkg. coconut pudding (instant)
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 qt. softened vanilla ice cream
    1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush crackers until fine.
    Melt margarine and mix with crackers.
    Press in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Mix the pudding with the milk.
    Add the softened ice cream and Cool Whip.
    Spread over the crackers. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
