Greens Sauteed With Bacon And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. diced Canadian bacon
    1 large, minced garlic clove
    16 c. roughly chopped greens (can be either kale or turnip)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    In a large saute pan, heat olive oil and saute the Canadian bacon and garlic clove for 5 minutes.
    Add roughly chopped greens and toss to coat.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until the greens are limp, 3 to 7 minutes.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 6.
