Honey Wheat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. wheat germ
1 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. honey
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
16 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Add oil, honey and eggs.
Beat until well mixed.
Stir in carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tests done.
Cool and serve plain or with honey cream cheese frosting.
