Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, cut and sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. sharp shredded cheese
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Cook vegetables; drain.
    Cool.
    Add all other ingredients. Mash Ritz crackers fine and put on top.
    Pour melted margarine over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
