Country Crust Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c .warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
2 eggs
1/4 c. salad oil
6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Stir in sugar, salt, eggs and 3 cups of flour.
Beat until smooth.
Mix in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
Turn dough onto lightly floured board.
Knead until smooth and elastic, 8 to 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl, turn greased side up and let rise until double. Punch down and make in rolls or loaves of bread.
Let rise again and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
