Chocolate Tree Truffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    4 Tbsp. unsalted or slightly salted butter
    1 lb. cocoa (light, dark or white chocolate wafers)
    2 Tbsp. Grand Marnier, B&B brandy or any liqueur of your choice (when using oil flavor, cut flavoring in half)
Preparation
    Place whipping cream (do not whip) and butter in saucepan over medium heat.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Stir; let mixture boil up again.
    Remove from stove; add full pound of chocolate.
    Stir until completely melted and smooth.
    Let set up overnight in a very cool place or cover mixture and refrigerate after pouring in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Using a small ice cream scoop or melon baller, make balls.
    Roll in Macadamia nut bits or coconut, etc.
