Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Place 2 cups of rhubarb in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine butter, 1 cup of sugar, flour, milk and baking powder; mix well and pour over rhubarb.
Mix hot water and 1 1/2 cups of sugar together and stir until dissolved.
Place remaining rhubarb on top of batter and pour the sugar-water mixture over all.
Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
