Paul Hartel Pastry Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening (Fluffo)
    1 1/2 c. 5 Roses flour
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour, not too fine, then add water. Squeeze together with hands and roll out to about 1/4-inch thick. Chill well before cooking and bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes for tarts, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0.
