Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 Tbsp. Knox unflavored gelatine
3 Tbsp. cold water
8 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese
2 green onions, chopped
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
7 oz. crab meat
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in cold water in a small bowl. Heat soup, but do not add water or milk. Let cool 10 minutes.
Mix into dissolved gelatine. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Add the soup mixture to other ingredients in large bowl. Pour into jello mold and let set 3 to 4 hours or overnight before serving.
