Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets (frozen or fresh)
    1/4 c. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
    4 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Cut fillets into 4 portions and soak 3 minutes in milk to which salt has been added.
    Drain and roll in bread crumbs, place fish in greased baking dish and dot with butter.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 allowing 8 minutes if fish is fresh and 15 minutes if fish is frozen.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
    Carbohydrate 5 g, protein 22 g, fat 13 g, calories 225.
    One serving = 3 meat low-fat exchange.
