Company Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. instant minced or 1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. dried or 1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. basil
1/2 c. coffee cream
1 Tbsp. oil or butter
1/2 c. Burgundy wine
mushrooms
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients; form into patties.
Fry 7 to 8 minutes in hot oil or butter.
Garnish with hot sauteed mushrooms.
