Peach - Jello Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 box peach Jell-O
    sliced peaches
    baked pie shell or graham cracker crust
    Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch together.
    Add water.
    Stir well.
    Put in microwave and cook on High for 6 to 8 minutes.
    Stir in Jell-O. Let cool.
    Add peaches and sugar if they are bitter.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate.
