Beef Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. medium noodles
1/2 c. tomato soup, diluted as desired
1/4 lb. processed cheese, cut in small pieces
onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Cook noodles in salted water and drain.
Brown ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
Put in casserole dish in alternate layers, starting with noodles, then beef, then cheese, then soup, repeating until all is used.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes. May be garnished with parsley.
