Pumpkin Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. canned pumpkin
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda, nutmeg and ginger; set aside. Combine (cream together) sugar, pumpkin, eggs and oil. Stir well. Add flour mixture until moistened. Fold in chopped cranberries. Pour into greased pans, two 9 x 5 or you can use the small pans which it makes 6 small pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 65 minutes or until done.
