Jelly Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cake flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Bake at 375\u00b0 approximately 20 minutes.
Turn top side down onto a towel or breadboard that has been covered with confectioners sugar.
Roll up in towel and let set until cool.
