Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can English peas, drained
1 c. shredded cheese
bacon bits
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation

Mix the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
Mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Pour over salad just before serving. Keeps well.
Makes 10 servings.
