Soy Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 small onions, chopped (optional)
1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Mix all
ingredients; add brisket.
Marinate at least 1 day and night
and turn frequently.
To cook:
wrap brisket in heavy-duty foil and cook in marinade at 325\u00b0.
