Rocky Roads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. miniature marshmallows
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. dry roasted peanuts
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, over boiling water, melt chocolate morsels with sweetened condensed milk and butter; remove from heat.
    In a large bowl, combine peanuts and marshmallows; fold in the chocolate mixture.
    Spread in wax paper-lined 13 x 9-inch pan. Chill 2 hours or until set.
    Remove from pan, peel off the wax paper and cut into squares.
    Cover and store at room temperature. Yields 40.
