Rich Chocolate And Lemon Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt together chocolate and butter. Add salt and cool. Add egg, flavoring and sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Mix in nuts.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups or enough to cover sides and top of 10-inch tube cake.
