Heloise'S Olive Nut Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped salad olives
    2 Tbsp. olive juice
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mash softened cream cheese with a fork.
    Add mayonnaise. Blend well.
    Stir in pecans, olives, juice and dash of pepper. Mix well.
    Refrigerate.
    It will be firmer and of spreading consistency after it is refrigerated for a few hours.
    Serve spread with party rye bread.
    Makes 2 cups.
