Rice And Veggie Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice (original)
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
    10 sliced raw mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
    1/2 bottle Italian salad dressing or less
Preparation
    Cook rice according to directions until all water is absorbed. Cool rice.
    Add veggies to cooled rice. Toss with salad dressing and chill for 12 hours.
