Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. buttermilk
5 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Add yeast to water.
Add oil and buttermilk.
Add all this to dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
Store in refrigerator in tight container, allowing room for bread to rise.
Pinch off as much as needed at a time.
Will keep up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
Bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 or let rise 30 minutes and then bake.
Good either way!
