Spaghetti Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. regular rice
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet and drain.
    Stir in raw rice, water, salt and onion.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and cook until water is absorbed (about 25 minutes).
    Stir in cubed cream cheese until it softens.
    Combine tomato sauce and chili; pour sauce over rice mixture.
    Cover and heat about 5 minutes or until hot.
