Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew meat
    1 medium onion, sliced
    2 or 3 stalks celery
    2 beef bouillon cubes in 1 c. hot water
    potatoes (optional)
    4 or 5 carrots
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 (No. 2) can tomato juice or V-8 juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place all in Dutch oven covered.
    Cook at 250\u00b0 for 4 to 6 hours.
