Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 c. bananas, mashed
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Sift sugar, flour, cinnamon, soda and salt together.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, oil, bananas, pineapple, vanilla and nuts.
Pour second mixture over the first and stir.
Do not beat. Pour into a greased tube or Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cake cool completely. Ice with cream cheese icing.
