Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs, well beaten
    3 crushed bananas
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking soda
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (16 oz.) container cream cheese frosting
Preparation
    Mix sugar, butter, eggs and crushed bananas.
    Combine milk and vinegar to make sour milk.
    Next, add flour, salt, baking powder and pecans.
    Mix until well blended.
    Bake in greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until center is risen.
