Meat Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. cut up canned chopped meat or canned luncheon meat
1 small onion, chopped
2 c. cold mashed potatoes
1 egg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Shape into 12 patties.
Brown on both sides in greased frypan over medium heat.
