Banana Special - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. cold milk
2 pkg. Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
1 tub Cool Whip
4 bananas
1 pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs plus 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs saved
Preparation

Mix crumbs, sugar and margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Press into bottom of pan.
Take banana slices and arrange on crust.
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until smooth.
Gradually add milk and pudding.
Beat until blended.
Spread over banana evenly.
Spread pineapple over pudding mix.
Spoon Cool Whip over pineapple.
Add just a touch of cracker crumbs over top.
Refrigerate for 2 1/2 hours or until ready to serve.
