Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1/4 bacon, diced
    3 eggs
    1 heavy cream
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. browned onions
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    pinch of pepper
    pinch of nutmeg
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cook bacon and place on paper towel.
    Saute onions.
    Mix eggs well in bowl with whisk, then add milk and cream.
    Add remaining ingredients and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until pie shell is brown and middle is firm.
