Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped broccoli
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 1/2 sticks margarine or butter
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain broccoli.
    Crush crackers.
    Add 1 stick melted margarine.
    Melt cheese and 1/2 stick margarine over very low heat.
    Put broccoli into buttered baking dish.
    Pour cheese mixture over broccoli; top with crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until it bubbles.
