Wet Bottom Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells (9-inch)
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. Crisco
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. King syrup
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar and Crisco like pie dough for crumbs. Take out 2 cups of crumbs for top of pies.
    To the remainder of crumbs in the bowl, add eggs, King syrup and hot water.
    Mix well. Dissolve soda in an extra 1/2 cup of hot water and add to other liquid mixture.
