Lemon Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
pinch of ground nutmeg
1/4 c. chopped nuts
3 c. Corn Chex cereal, crushed to 1 c.
1 (21 oz.) can lemon pie filling
1 (8 oz.) container dairy sour cream
Preparation

Butter 8-inch square baking pan.
Combine butter, brown sugar and nutmeg.
Add nuts and Chex crumbs.
Mix.
Reserve 1/2 cup for topping.
Press remainder evenly into bottom of pan.
Chill for 30 minutes.
