Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. onions, sliced
    2 c. celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. diced cooked chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oil until crisp.
    Add the next 5 ingredients; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in cornstarch with water, a little at a time.
    Cook until thickened.
