Oil Free Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. any oat bran or whole oat cereal
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. dry fruits (raisins, dates, prunes)
    1 1/4 c. skim milk (I have used a banana in place of 1/4 c. milk)
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. white corn syrup (I have used applesauce in place of corn syrup)
Preparation
    Mix milk, egg whites and syrup; blend with dry ingredients. Bake in muffin tins for 13 to 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
