Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
6 to 10 oz. Mozzarella cheese
6 to 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
3/4 stick margarine
1 lb. spaghetti
3 cans cream soup (any combination celery, chicken or mushroom)
Preparation

Boil chicken; save broth.
Boil spaghetti, debone and chop chicken into bite size.
Shred cheeses.
Saute onions, bell pepper and garlic in margarine.
Add 3 cans of soup and 1/2 of cheese mixture to coat vegetables and mix.
Stir in chicken and spaghetti.
Pour into baking dish and bake 30 minutes.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake until melted.
