Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. sausage
 
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
- 
                            Allow cheese and sausage to come to room temperature.
 
Mix together all ingredients and knead until well blended.
Roll into 1-2 inch size balls.
Bake at 400 degrees 15-20 minutes.
