Orange Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/3 boxes sifted confectioners sugar
juice and rind of 2 lemons
juice and rind or 2 oranges

Preparation

Mix cake mix as directed for cupcakes.
Bake in greased and floured miniature muffin pans.
Remove pans immediately and dip into glaze.
Remove from glaze and drain on wax paper.
May be frozen.
