Mock Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen unbaked pie shell
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    21 Ritz crackers
    2 c. water
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put water, sugar and cream of tartar in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil; add Ritz crackers.
    Boil 2 1/2 minutes.
    Do not stir.
    Add 1 teaspoon butter.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crust browns.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
