Chicken Ranch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken (whole or parts to equal)
    margarine
    1 large onion
    2 to 4 cloves garlic
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (15 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
    1 (15 oz.) can pitted black olives, chopped or sliced
    1 lb. Cheddar, shredded (can substitute or mix with Monterey Jack)
Preparation
    Boil chicken pieces until done; skin and bone, then cube or shred meat.
    Save stock in pot.
