Potato Deluxe Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes (defrost 30 minutes)
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. sour cream
1 c. crushed corn flakes
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
3/4 c. margarine, melted (reserve 1/4 c. for topping)
Preparation

Mix soup, sour cream, 1/2 cup margarine, cheese and salt in large bowl and add onion and potatoes.
Mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan or larger casserole.
Spread 1 cup crushed corn flakes evenly over mixture and drizzle 1/4 cup melted margarine over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let set for a few minutes after removing from oven.
May be made day before.
