Pear And Red-Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. medium red-skinned potatoes
    3 pears, cored and sliced
    2 medium celery stalks, thinly sliced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. bottled red-wine vinaigrette dressing
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 green onion, minced
    lettuce leaves, crisped
Preparation
    In covered saucepan, cook potatoes, covered with water, 15 minutes or until tender.
    Drain; rinse with cold water until cool. Quarter potatoes; place in large bowl with pears, celery, dressing, parsley, green onion and salt.
    Toss until coated. Spoon into lettuce-lined salad bowl.
