Skillet Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. canned green chilies
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can enchilada sauce
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    8 corn tortillas
    2 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. ripe olives, pitted and chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a large skillet.
    Mince chilies while mixture is browning.
    Drain fat from skillet.
    Stir in chilies, soup, enchilada sauce and milk.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
