Mancy Adams Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    2/3 c. lard
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 yeast cake
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. potato water
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast cake in warm milk and potato water.
    Combine first four ingredients; add eggs, then liquid mixture.
    Sift in flour.
    Make out rolls and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
